This policy explains what personal information Agentum AI collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language and kept it specific to what this site actually does.
Agentum AI is an AI automation agency operating from Karachi, Pakistan. For anything in this policy, including any request about your data, contact us at support@agentumai.tech. We are the controller of the personal information described here.
The only place this site asks for personal information is the free audit form. When you submit it, we receive the fields you complete:
If you email us directly, or book a call with us, we also receive whatever you choose to include in that message or booking.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, user agent strings, and requested URLs. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other first-party tracking or profiling on this site, and we do not set our own marketing or analytics cookies. Some third-party components we embed may set their own cookies — see the next section.
We keep our stack small. These are the third parties that can receive your information through this site, and why:

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
We do not use your form submission to add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Where the UK or EU GDPR applies to you, we rely on: your consent when you choose to submit the audit form; the necessity of performing a contract or taking steps at your request before entering one; and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, keeping business records, and securing the site.
We keep audit enquiries for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Records connected to paid engagements are kept for as long as we need them for contractual, tax, and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
We operate from Pakistan and use providers based in the United States and the European Union, so your information may be transferred and processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. If you are in California, you also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights; note that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

This site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to our lead records is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
