The problem
Off-the-shelf tools like FieldTask, Jobber, and CleanerPlanner didn’t fit how the business actually worked. None of them handled round-based routing, GoCardless-first payments, access notes, or weather holds properly, so the team managed much of it by hand.
The solution
Agentum is building a complete field service platform around the business’s actual workflow.
- A technician mobile app for job lists, on-site actions, and photos
- An admin app with six screens embedded directly inside GoHighLevel
- A backend engine that generates visits, sends reminders, and triggers GoCardless payments automatically
- A GoHighLevel data layer connecting contacts, custom objects, and workflows to the rest of the system
The operational loop runs on its own: a service plan goes active, a visit gets generated, the technician completes it on the mobile app, and payment triggers before the next visit is scheduled.
The impact
The foundation, data model, authentication, and core architecture, is complete, with the admin and technician apps in active development. Once live, dispatch and payment collection will run with very little manual work.
