The Problem
M3 Network had no structured CRM for their Cyber Score leads. Leads came in daily but sat without a qualification pipeline, no booking system for consultations, and no way to systematically re-engage contacts that had gone cold.
The Solution
Built a complete GHL setup from scratch: 4-stage pipeline, 30-minute consultation calendar with automated booking confirmation, 8-email new lead nurture sequence firing automatically on entry, and a 5-email reactivation campaign for idle contacts. n8n orchestrates the workflow and email automation logic throughout.
