The Problem
Good Sniff Spaw was taking bookings manually over SMS and phone. After-hours requests got missed, the team spent time on back-and-forth scheduling conversations, and nothing connected incoming texts to their scheduling system.
The Solution
Built a Twilio SMS chatbot on n8n with OpenAI handling the conversation. The bot qualifies the appointment request, checks availability via Google Sheets, confirms the booking, and creates the HubSpot contact record — all in a natural SMS thread with no human involvement.
